The first few days at the Mule have been great. We’ve had a few challenges like getting deliveries later than expected, dealing with our electricity being shut off for CU to make repairs, and glitches to work out of the POS system. Problems we will have to learn how to handle sooner or later so now we know what to do. Overall things are running smoothly and we are serving great coffee, smoothies, frappes, tea, pastries, and sandwiches with a smile.
