2. – PREPARE THE WATER
Bring water to a boil, remove from heat and wait about 45-60 seconds before aggressively pouring (insuring even saturation) over the grounds.
3. – TIME YOUR EXTRACTION
To get the best results time your extraction after saturating the grounds with water. Start a timer and allow coffee to extract for 4 minutes, stir the grounds into the coffee, remove spoon and plunge grounds to bottom. Allow the coffee to sit for about 30 seconds and settle. Then pour into a pre-heated cup.

2. POUR WATER INTO BREWING SYSTEM
3. DO NOT ALLOW COFFEE TO SIT ON THE HEATING ELEMENT
Sitting for an extended period of time on the heating unit will cause the coffee to take on a burnt flavor. As an alternative, store coffee in a stainless steel carafe to help maintain both heat and freshness.
